COLLECTION: MINIMALISM MEETS THAI SPICE

THE COLLECTION

Minimalism Meets Thai Spice is a casual business wear collection for sophisticated women who are independent and smart. They look feminine but strong like the contrast between silk crepe de chine and wool. Staple colours like white, grey, and navy make this collection effortlessly timeless. Minimal style with rich detail accents their character. The design concept was based on modern Thai architecture. Responding to tropical weather in Thailand, architectural elements directly relate to ventilation flow. Layered and angular rooftops, details of mosaic work from temples, geometric shapes and lines have been translated into fabric manipulation like pleating, piping, smocking, French knots, and contrasts.

Jamaree was one of 12 designers selected from The Art Institutes to debut her collection at Lincoln Center, New York, February 2015.

The collection was again featured at Vancouver Fashion Week Opening Gala FW 2017.
